My Story

I’m Valeria Bhunu, a former professional tennis player, certified personal trainer, and passionate advocate for women’s health and athletic development across Africa. My career on the court taught me discipline, resilience, and the transformative power of movement, while my work off the court has focused on developing sports programs, mentoring young athletes, and creating opportunities for women to thrive physically and mentally.

 

Drawing on these experiences, I design science-based fitness programs tailored for women, helping them navigate life transitions like motherhood, hormonal changes, and midlife challenges with strength and confidence. My mission is to empower women to reclaim their bodies, build lifelong vitality, and embrace their full potential.
